职位描述
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage an IS service group to provide first level,7x24 hours IS service desk service and field service to end users
? Ensure KPIs and Metrics for the group meet the goal by continuously driving ITIL-base processes and team capability improvement
? Organize regular case review meeting with internal team members and improvement meeting with customers.
? Ensures a culture of high performance & quality of services by reviewing and evaluating work of subordinate staff and managing performance through Corporate performance
? Cooperate with IT engineers to ensure high quality work for both IT infrastructure and applications related projects/ tasks
? Cooperate with other service support center where located in other country for collaboration and service excellence.
? As ITSM (IT service management) owner, cooperate with other IT engineer for ITSM improvement.
? Lead/Involve some IT infrastructure (Servers, network, Storage etc.) projects as need
? IS ERT (Emergency response team) captain IS major incident
? Provide accurate input to site IS manager for expenses & capital budgeting
? IS asset management owner and key driver for 6S improvement in IS department
? Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or related discipline.
? Good people management skill
? Good communication skill
? Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
? At least 5 years of experience in managing mission critical IT systems in 7x24 hours high volume electronics manufacturing environment.
? A minimum of 6 years experience in the areas of computer operations, change management, business process analysis, service level management, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
? Understand common project management knowledge and have project management experiences.
? Work experiences in running a IT support center is preferred.
? Good understanding or hold a cert of ITIL is preferred.
? MNC experiences is a plus
