职位描述
Responsibilities and Tasks
1.Lead, manage and develop site HR programs and processes as well as the team
2.Collaborate with customers, corporate HR team in projects and activities
3.Manage HR function to ensure quality and timely delivery of HR services (performance management system, employee relations, Hr business partnering to achieve organizational goals)
4.Administer compensation, equity, incentive pay and organization management programs and processes either directly or through assistance to supervisors and managers
5.Administer Human Resource activities, programs and policies for team members in accordance with company strategy and compliance with local laws and regulations
6.Provide coordination and oversight for HR compliance programs (includes problem resolution, investigations, policy development and interpretation, immigration issues, accommodation issues, course development and delivery, team member handbooks, employment)
7.Provide updates to leadership teams on new legislation, employment directives, and situations of significance
8.Provide consulting/coaching to supervisors and managers
9.Improve the resource capability of the site ( through analytics, other HR initiatives) to meet site goals
10.Partner with the site organization leaders and improve performance of the functions (eg, hiring at right time , right people, partner the fab to improve productivity, team member engagement and reduced turnover, conducting communication sessions)
11.Set goals for the function and enable function to achieve them
12.Recognize, motivate and develop people in the function
13.Set up HR systems, processes, procedures, and infrastructure relating to the above functions to enable effectiveness and efficiency
14.Create a workplace environment that is conducive to the needs of the employees
Requirements
1.Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
2.Business Administration/Management
3.Human Relations
4.Human Resource Management
5.Related field of study
6.Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills are required.
Experience
1.10 years experience in Human Resources/Employee Relations
2.2 years experience in any of the following:
(1)New hire orientation and employment law experience
(2)Supporting HR Business Partners in a wide variety of organizational development efforts.
Qualifications
1.Must have knowledge of local employment legislation
2.English language communication
3.Experience with a multi-national high-tech company is required
