本职位工作地点为安徽滁州来安县，公司提供每日往返滁州及南京班车。

工作职责：

1.负责员工绩效考核方案的组织,制定,实施

Formulate and implement worker’s performance appraisal plan

2.负责员工绩效考核数据的统计及绩效奖金的核算

Stastic performance appraisal data, calculate bonus according to the stastic datas

3.负责一线班长的绩效方案的组织,制定,实施

Formulate and implement foreman’s performance appraisal plan

4.负责一线班长的绩效考核数据的统计绩效奖金的核算

Stastic performance appraisal data, calculate bonus according to the stastic datas

5.负责绩效改进方案的制定

formulate improving plans for performance appraisal system

6.负责与人力资源部对接，沟通绩效考核事宜

Coordinate with HR for performance appraisal

7.日常杂项工作和上级安排的其他工作

Any other tasks assigned

岗位要求：

1.大专以上正规学历

At least colloge degree

2.做过绩效考核等相关工作一年以上经验，或同行业同部门的管理工作

At least one year experience in Performance Appraisal, or the similar industry

3.统计或人力资源类专业，英语四级最佳

Major in stasistic or human resource, CET-4 is preferred
