职位描述
I. JOB IDENTIFICATION
Job Title: Capex sourcing team leder
Department: Sourcing Dept.
Report to: Sourcing Manager
II. JOB PURPOSE
? To answer CAPEX sourcing needs from internal customers in pipe activity outside China.
? To provide good quality of equipments/toolings at competitive price and good service level.
III. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Ensure to understand technical spec. of the equipments /toolings and make local adaptions, if required, with approval of the internal customers;
? Develop suppliers for Capex category by ulitizing supplier resources with PAM CN and taking onsite audit and organize tender.
? To build up capex sourcing team when necessary;
? Run Capex sourcing process from Spec.or functional requirements from drawing finalization until commissioning and report progress regularly to sourcing manager and internal customers on all aspect concerning the project , mechanic-Automation-Hydraulic-welding;
? Monitor quality management system and production process of Capex supplier s by regular audits;
? Supervise by frequent site visit production schedule of capex to guarantee on time delivery and report production progress and risks of the delay;
? Work out supplier performance indicators (KPIs) , make appraisals every 6 months and communicate to the suppliers and the customers;
? Organize regular meetings to exchange Capex sourcing status with internal customers and sourcing manager by phone or visiting the customer;
? Share with PAM CN plants Capex supplier resource and usage feedback from PAM France;
? Network with purchase team to get Capex supply resource of PAM CHINA and leverage expertise of project /production team in PAM CHNA.
IV. WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT
? Located in Ma’anshan/Xuzhou /….
? English is working language
? Close relationship with counterparts at customer side and project and production team in PAM CN plants.
? Irregular working time and frequent travels in China and abroad
V. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor degree or above in engineering or machinery design;
? Minimum 3 years in Capex purchasing/ project management area in big industrial companies and experience in team; management is a strong plus;
? Fluent English speaking and writing technically and to express your ideas & resource leveraging;
? Open, independent and self-motivated;
? Strong commercial sense is a plus;
? Capable of understanding 2D or 3D CAD CAM , user knowledge will be even a plus.
