岗位职责：

-根据公司培训需求，处理培训行政预定（酒店、机票等）、费用报销、发票审核等事宜

-培训外部供应商的管理与维护

-负责员工考勤签到工作，监督打卡（上班签到）和月末做好考勤汇总工作

-协助培训顾问完成客户合同的执行（值课等）

-培训顾问业务数据整理汇总

-培训部行政事务统筹

-其他突发事件的处理与办公室资料文书归档工作
-上级主管安排的其他事宜

任职要求：
- 大专或以上学历，办公软件使用熟练

- 有培训助理、客户服务、行政管理岗位实习经历者优先
- 有亲和力，口齿清晰、普通话标准、反应快、逻辑性强

- 具有良好的沟通及表达能力、适应及学习能力，具有较强的团队合作意识
- 工作热情积极、认真踏实、负责细致
- 有良好的客户服务意识和学习能力
