- 负责客户端商业广告设计与市场类型的网页网站设计、制作和维护。
- 负责设计团队的整体技术培训与提升。
- 做好网页互动服务产品的研究与开发。

任职要求：
-本科学历。
-2年以上WEB设计和开发经验，有实施大型WEB开发项目管理经验者优先。
- 熟悉PHP/JSP/CSS/Ajax/java/MYSQL，有WEB研发经验。
- 对网页设计的艺术性和功能性有较深理解。有扎实的美术功底，活跃的设计思路。
- 熟悉商业设计，能准确理解需求，参与过软件设计，具备良好而规范的设计和技术文档编写能力。
- 具有良好的沟通能力，有较强的外文资料阅读能力、独立工作能力和解决问题的能力。
- 工作主动热情，有责任心，学习能力强。
- 有良好的沟通能力和团队意识，能承受较大的工作压力。
