职位描述
Key Area of Responsibility
l Lead medical strategy and tactical input for development of company product, product lifecycle management review, unmet medical needs searching, and new product medical review for the company
l Provide relevant medical therapeutic information and its analysis for development of medical strategy for marketed product or non-marketed product
l Search & define unmet medical needs in therapeutic area of disease related to company product
l Design and lead the execution of central medical programs/clinical programs, including initiatives to enhance access for product
l Provide and update of relevant disease knowledge & training to the company related with company product, and provide relevant material to the company
l Provide medical training material to the company
l Provide medical review for promotional material of company product
l Participate key role as a reviewer in management of Techpool research foundation review committee
l Responsible for review and implementation of investigator initiated study
l Responsible for relevant publication plan and its execution
l Provide medical assessment for the safety query, involvement of risk management
l Build up and handling KOL engagement plan/system, work closely with ComOp team to national levels of KOL
l Support the establishment of medical SOPs as appropriate
Provide medical support for other medical needs as appropriate
Qualification & Experience Needed
· Master degree of medicine/pharmacy or higher
· At least two years (preferable with 2 yrs of clinical practice experience)
· Fully understand medical scientific knowledge and its practice related with therapeutic area
· Fully understand commercial needs, operation and its ethical requirement
· Fully understand GCP and study preparation including design, execution, report, its publication, government regulation requirement for drug development
· English in fluent level especially for medical area.
· Good for computer skill
· Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation and advanced presentation skills.
· Effectively contribute to multifunctional teams.
· Strategic thinking with medical knowledge
