" Mission of Function"
Contribute to SSME internal and external communication, write and edit communication materials including articles on SSME intranet as well as on SSME internet website, support CC manager on all kinds of SSME events organization
"Dimensions of Function" Responsibility Measurement criteria
1 Develop and execute communication plan to enable key initiatives and programs within the organization
2 Consistently and imaginatively communicate the company value, achievements, objectives, etc. to employees and stakeholders by using a range of communication channels
3 Contribute to drive the internal communications to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment of approach
4 Support CC manager on news generation and content planning for communication vehicles such as internet, Intranet and on-going communications channels, including production of photos, videos and other multimedia programming.
5 Event organizing /supporting/coordinating: Trade show, exhibition, seminar, ceremony, visitor tour and internal staff meeting and so on.
6 Review, enhance and develop the communication channels and tools that will enable the communication strategy objectives to be achieved
Professional Variety of Business: Demonstrated articulation in written and oral language, in English and Chinese
Project / Process:3~5 years related experience in Communication。Well organized and planning. Good communication skill。Preferably worked in multinational environment。
