Goals/Mission:
- Work with SSME CC manager together for company event and social activities organization & preparation.
- Help the SSME CC manager to do the budget/Expense evaluation and control for CC related costs.
- Drive the SSME busienss improvement proposal (3i) coordination activities.
- Responsible for SSME Intranet/Internet maintenance and e-Marketing documents preparation.
- Support SSME CC manager to fulfill other daily operation tasks.

- SSME CC manager
- SSME company department business event organizor / owner
- Vendor / Partner in China
- Siemens Limited China CC colleagues

Tasks:
- Factory tour arrangement and handling.
- Company event and social activities organization & preparation.
- CIP (3i online) system maintenance.
- Exhibition supporting.

Education:
- Bachelor or above.

Knowledge/Languages:
- Communciation skill for event organization and cross department / vendor coordination .
- Marketing events organization experience.
- Sense of cost capturing and control Sense of cost capturing and control.
- Excellent English / Chinese for proposal , brochure and document preparation.
- Capabiltiy to do Internet / Intranet web content maintenance.

Experience:
- 1-3 years working experience on communication area for multinational companies with mechnical prodcuts (hearthcare preferred).
- e-Markting work experience is preferred.
- Self-management capabilty.
- Team working spirit and out-of-box thinking / sharing attitude.
