Job requirement:
· Bank draft management. Physically handle the banks notes, prepare explanation letters, contact AE and client and communicate with banks.
· Prepare performance bond for contract (CITI bank), follow up with BOC to get back the PB.
· Monitor the liquidity status of various bank A/Cs, giving instructions to P2P to transfer fund to branch offices and JP Morgan fund
· Create bank key
· Monitor and update the bank signatories
· Download and provide manual bank statement to R2R, BO, Sybase
· Support to various posting activities
· Verify the bank reconciliation
· Support inter-Co. collection and payment, foreign income declaration
· Coordinate with banks for bank A/C annual inspection
· other assigned bank related work
Qualification requirement:
· Preferred 2-3 years’ working experience in finance area
· can read and write in English
· be careful with work
