职位描述
Objectives of the Job:
1. With the request of the Group leader or Module Leader, execute & fulfill the part design & development independently,
2. Ensure on time delivery of the deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction.
3. Help the new team members to get integrated into the organization.
Main Duties:
1. Design and develop body electronics, or manage supplier to design and develop body electronics. Technically support to other departments, customers and suppliers.
2. Collect and analyze technical requirements from customer
3. Packaging study, homologation investigation, technology feasibility analysis
4. Write specification, define functionalities and interfaces for body electronics
5. Draft feasible proposals matrix (technology / cost/timing) during development
6. Monitor supplier to deliver functionalities according to functionality release steps
7. Validate the functions and performance of body electronics on vehicle intensive testing, Labcar testing and bench testing according to functionality release steps
8. Work with OEM together to manage body electronics suppliers
9. Vehicle testing together with cooperated departments
10. Support prototype vehicle build up
11. Analyze failures and prepare failure reports, prepare proposals with suppliers together to close open issues
12. Work with Module Group Leader together to prepare regular states report
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Electrical, electronics, automotive or related majority
3. At least 4 years experience on automotive body electronic system, familiar with BCM, Rear Video Camera, switches, actuators and other body ECUs
4. Good knowledge of application software, API of basic software package, and diagnosis on body electronics
5. Work experience in OEM or tier 1 supplier is preferred
6. Familiar with international standards and regulations for body electronics
7. Capable of analyzing root causes for errors were found during the validation
8. Proficiency on the computer and engineering development applications for body electronics
9. Capable of using CANoe, DTS, V-flash tool and other related tools
10. Good MS office skills: excel, word, power point, etc...
11. Supplier management experience
12. Self-motivation, open mind, good communication skills
13. Good Chinese and English language skills: read, write, listen and speak
