职位要求：具备4A广告公司或同类市场营销公司项目策划、门店拜访计划制定工作经验，能根据项目日常运营及发展需要制定及调整计划。

岗位职责：

1、根据项目情况制定、更新各地巡店计划；

2、保持与项目营运等团队的沟通、协调，监督巡店计划执行情况及进行计划分析；

3、识别门店拜访执行异常问题，并及时汇总反馈；确保合理、充分安排门店拜访计划以达到项目运营正常及客户满意；

4、跟进项目最新发展并按需求做好相应预测分析报告；

5、制定、建立内部关于客服、营运执行测量及表现报告；

6、协助项目团队进行投标计划相关计划制定；

You will, with similar working experiences in agency company especially in 4A company; be responsible for leading and coordination with project, with planning and scheduling support for China projects team.

Responsibility:

1．Planning phase, have an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and project operation, production of proposal and Project Schedules in a Project Team environment;

2．Scheduling follow-up, liaise with project team for monthly update monitor the project progress. After comparing with baseline schedule, an analysis of the status should be issued.

3．Reporting, Identifying anomalies and advising the Operations Manager immediately, ensuring all reports – client or internal are delivered in full and on time according to project deadlines.

4．Production of look ahead Schedule for project meeting;

5. Design and build internal measurement and performance reports for client service, field and operations.

6. Production of Schedules for proposal when it is required during bidding stage

岗位要求：

1、本科以上市场营销、统计学或经济管理类相关专业；

2、最少2年以上同类型公司市场项目协调、统计分析类工作经验；

3、具良好的团队合作精神，能积极主动，独立工作；

4、条理性佳，能在多重复杂的项目环境中熟练进行调度；

5、关注细节和准确度，尤其涉及项目及计划执行；

6、良好的时间管理和组织能力；

7、熟练操作OFFICE软件（PPT、EXCEL等）及数据库，熟练制作报告模板。

8、能在多变、高压环境下保持头脑冷静；能接受出差；

9、英语读写流利。

Qualification Required,

1、 Bechelor degree in related majors, 2 years proven experience in a business administration / reporting / co-ordination role or sales support type role

2、 Ability to perform in a team environment & initiative and ability to work without supervision

3、 Experience in the deployment of multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously

4、 Attention to detail and accuracy, especially in relation to producing and delivery of reports

5、 Effective time management and organisation skills – deadline orientated

6、 Intermediate to Advanced PC skills. In particular: Intermediate-Advanced Excel, Intermediate PowerPoint, Intermediate Word. Also practical experience working with data bases, spreadsheets, internal software

7、 Keep a cool mind when facing number and pressure, ability to work in a fast paced environment

8、 Experience in creating reporting templates；can accept business trip.

9、 English is a must
