Supplier Quality Engineer – Plastic Decoration
Job Responsibility:
Release and introduce new suppliers:
* Perform VDA 6.3 audits and technology releases of worldwide suppliers
* Definite supplier panel and classify in cooperation with category purchasing
* Negotiate quality contracts
* Definite category specific requirements
* Escalate level for worldwide organization within above mentioned area
* Analyze and evaluate strategic supplier data and introduce improvement measures and supplier development
Introduction of components:
* Plan, initiate and control preventive orientated, advanced quality management measures in the design / development phase for supplied parts and services
* Feasibility commitment, project reviews, run@rate, safe launch concept, quality control plan etc., to ensure that our products meet the defined quality requirements
Technology skills:
* Molding (1k, 2k, 3k) and 2ndary process as painting, welding, chroming, coating, laminating, etc.
Methodology skills:
* Quality tools as APQP/PPAP, run@rate, VDA 6.3, 8D, Ishikawa, step-down plan, etc.
* Project planning
Job Requirement:
* Bachelor degree or above, major in Automotive Engineering or related
* 4-5 years experiences in engineering or supplier quality management in automotive industry
* Ability and willingness to travel world wide
* Good command of both oral and written English
