1、每天对当天应到的货物及时与客户联系，对整个运输情况进行追踪并最终确认；
2、经常与客户沟通联系，了解近期工作中的不足，及时加以改进；
3、每月整理对账单据, 提高客户满意度；
4、处理各种突发事件、客户投诉，并实时向主管汇报事件处理情况；
5、催收客户回单，确保回单能在规定日期内收回;
6、协助市场部门协调、联络其它相关操作事宜及工作跟进.
