职位描述
Responsiblities:
-Find samples fulfil shop using and alternative solution for shop furniture.
-Have evaluation for suppliers and make all documents for every supplier includes: supplier’s general information, files for finance and legal, cost break down for every product.
-Control quality and have quality inspection according to NL AQL,
-Ensure supplier’s production procedure according to our requirement (Chinese standard and UK group standard), quality inspection during production.
-Daily communicate with supplier and can find quality problem during production
-Able to challenge supplier’s quotation and able to lower purchasing price for different furniture.
-Reject bad quality furniture in the middle of production and final inspection.
-Check quality in our shops and responsible for shop furniture quality.
-Solve furniture problem in shops. Check construction work on site.
-Support and work in accordance to group Anti-Bribery policy.
Requirements:
-Knows extensive knowledge related to steel, lights, mannequins and other categories.
-General shop construction knowledge.
-Capable to make drawings with AutoCAD.
-Ability of calculate different kinds of furniture price in detail. Familiar with standard material price, surface treatment price.
-Willing to learn more knowledge in other aspects (for example wood furniture).
-Have quality inspection experience and willing to travel and have quality inspection in factory.
-English skill in preferred.
-Ability to work under pressure to resolve complex issues
-Self-motivated and able to motivate and lead a technical team
-Resilience – able to work well under pressure
-Coaching and mentoring skills
-Sound judgment and decision-making
-Questioning, challenging and business analytical mind
-Excellent time management skills and organizational ability
-Flexible and able to cope with change
-Capable of managing conflicting priorities
