We are looking for a new our 4th WC supervisor, to be part of the Junior management team of 4, who work with their own teams, but also work very tightly together, to co-ordinate our production and WHS (Ware house).
As our 4th and final member for now, your job will be a split between managing “your” production line and having an assistant role.
In practise this means, that you are expected to spend 60% of your time on “your” line, and 40% and data and projects across the Production/WHS organisation,
Currently “your” line is managed by one of the 3 existing supervisors, but as we have a big order coming in, which will mean higher volumes and more complexity on his and your line, we are splitting this position into 2, to ensure, that we can manage this new order AND increase the focus on updating SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures – working instructions), data discipline, increased flexibility etc.
Your line is assembling standard products, but with increasing complexity.
We see more and more automation assembly, which means higher demands on the accuracy on this type of assembly.
The most important assets / qualities that we are looking for is
1.Production Experience – Process oriented
2.High data discipline
3.Pushing projects through with drive, energy & persistency comes natural to you
4.You ask a lot of questions – both because you want to make sure you understand & because you challenge existing ways with new ideas
5.Managerial & people skills is something you are good at and find interesting
6.Good English
7.Used to working with IT: ERP systems & Office
If you know some of the following, it’s an advantage, if not, we’ll teach you
1.Lean manufacturing (5S, customer value etc.)
2.Safety
3.ISO certifications / Management systems
4.Experience from an international company
5.Root cause analysis
6.Experience with Offshore / Marine business
7.Experience with manual assembly – mechanical and automation parts
We will be starting an internal training for our Supervisors and Line Leaders, where we amongst others go through culture (we are Danish owned, and your manager will be Danish as is our GM), PDCA, Lean, Root cause Analysis etc.
So the sooner you can join us the better, so we can develop the whole team together.
