岗位职责：
1.处理客户及业务经理的电话及邮件咨询；
2.订单管理，包括订单安排、进度管理、订单发货；
3.协助业务经理及客户准备合同、发票等；
4.解决客户与订单相关的后续问题
5.定期进行项目总结和报告


任职条件：
1.生物科学相关专业，博士以上学历；
2.熟练掌握常规生物生化及分子实验操作；
3. 英语良好，具有出色的听说读写能力，能够用英语直接与国外客户进行交流（有海外留学经验和工作经验者优先）
4.有较好的亲和力，良好的沟通能力和发现及解决问题的能力；


Job Description:
Tech Support position entails the daily operations in customer service, including handling customer questions and concerns. Technical Support Representatives will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Other functions may include handling customer order information and reaching out to customers.Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Representatives will perform related work as required.

Responsibilities:
? Provide technical support to customers
o Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
o Assisting with troubleshooting
o Answer questions regarding customer orders and product details
o Provide feedback from inquiries via e-mail and phone

? Project Support
o Help write e-mails, website content, marketing flyers, etc.
o Compile data
o Customer Contact
o Assisting marketing team as needed

Experience and Skill Requirements
? Degree in biology, preferably cell biology
o Ph.D. preferred
? Exemplary spoken and written English
? Demonstrated ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
? Proper phone etiquette
? Effective listening skills
? Ability to multitask
