1. 制定、完善各项设备管理规章制度，建立并贯彻落实各项设备管理规范；

2. 及时、高效地诊断并解决生产设备故障，保证生产的顺利进行并做到预防为主；

3. 负责设备的日常维修工作；

4. 设备保养及故障处理流程的优化；

5. 编写相关设备文件；

6. 设备应用能力的开发和提升，提高产品的生产效率和良率

7. 材料控制，减少设备因素而产生的材料损耗。

8. 制定相应的考核措施加强人员和设备管理。

9. 提报月度配件采购计划，控制配件损耗量。

10. 产线生产效率的提升和制程不良分析

11. 每周制程问题TOP3问题分析与改善

12. 定期对生产、测试设备进行巡检。

任职资格：

教育背景：大专以上学历，自动化、机电一体化等专业；

工作经验：具有五年以上电子制造行业EE工作经验；

技能：熟悉OEE设备管理，.掌握PLC、变频器、伺服驱动器及低压电器原理；熟悉PLC 编程, 2年以上电子制造业非标自动化组装设备设计制造经验
