ERP业务分析师/ ERP Business Analyst

Descriptions:
Provide after-sales customer technical support globally.
- Receive and resolve customer issues.
- Research and analyze customer requirements, and assist with the customization development.
- Research and analyze customer data and provide data researching, monitoring and updating, etc.
- Provide product enhancement suggestions to both customers and the product itself.

Requirements:
- An excellent customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner are required.
- Ability to study and work on multiple issues and prioritize work accordingly to business processes. Good team work sense is required.
- Bachelor degree of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience in database utilization/development is a plus.
- Experience in ERP is preferred.
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbally.

- 基于产品使用及业务流程，解答客户疑问。
- 面向客户业务特殊需求，协助开发客户定制模块。
- 针对客户系统数据，提供销售，采购，财务，库存等数据管理、分析与校正。
- 从行业角度，为客户提供专业建议，提高企业效率和收益；为产品自身提供优化建议，提升产品质量。

职位要求：
- 客户至上，耐心、细致、有责任心；
- 具有较好的问题分析能力和学习能力，工作积极，主动沟通，团队合作；
- 本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业，有数据库使用/开发经验者优先；
- 有ERP软件使用经验者优先；
- 熟练使用英语，口语流畅，书写规范。
