Customer Service Specialist
Reporting to(Dept & Title)
Customer Service Manager
Job description / Mission
? Responsible for APDC outbound processes including customer order receiving, order confirmation, shipment and invoicing.
? Be familiar with Movex, Esales, ACIGN and AC Connector systems。.
? Supervise customer order interface and clear up blocked order such as wrong order type, price missing, not sales item, new item etc at the earliest.
? Fluent communication with customer center diary and get confirmation for credit control and diary delivery list.
? Release picking list based on material availability and confirmation with customer center.
? Close contact with warehouse diary and advise the priority of pack/delivery list and special packing requirements.
? Follow up expedited delivery date with planning and shipping to get improved delivery schedule and meeting customer requirements.
? Invoice and ship parts in time to achieve delivery performance target.
? Be familiar with Government VAT invoice process and deal with VAT issues with the finance and the customer.
? Support finance to check the statement with customer center and credit control with the customer.
? Shipment tracking with the forwarder and notify customer center.
? Hold shipment according to formal requirement from customer center.
? Deal with customer order cancellation, return and claim processes.
? Performance APDC Survey and implement action plan accordingly.
Knowledge / Educational requirements
? University degree ( or equivalent ).
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English.
? Familiar with computer skill (MS office software).
? Experienced with Movex system or other ERP system.
? Minimum 2-year experience in similar function.

? Be creative and flexible and have strong communication and customer service skills.
? Should be able to easily start and carry projects to completion.
? Self-motivated, proactive, good team spirit, able to work under the pressure.
? Be able to work in a loosely structured environment with minimum supervision.
? Good document control with attention to detail.
? Be capable of root cause analysis and able to implement process improvements
