Global leading company of elevator industry is looking for a escalator reliability manager, you will based in Kunshan and report to the R%D head.

About the Organization:
The company has been committed to understanding the needs of its customers for the past century, providing industry-leading elevators, escalators.

Key Responsibilities:
? creating reliability plans and budget proposal, and control costs as agreed with line manager
? ensuring project manager's plan meets reliability requirements
? ensuring test plan is created with correct tools
? ensuring with project manager that milestone specific reliability reviews are carried out correctly prior to milestone review
? responsible for benchmark dfr activities against best industry practices
? responsible for assisting in situation where full chain trade off decisions are needed or in case on conflicts
? managing test report in engineering data system to ensure good storage and traceability
? leading working method and tool development and know-how (identify needs and manage changes)

Key Requirements:
? m.sc. or equivalent, mechanical or relevant major
? min five years of experience with reliability development or excellent track record of three successful major projects in reliability development
? evidence of several technology development projects e.g. component projects
? excellent skills in defining product specifications and project plans
? excellent oral and written English

? research and development methodologies

? project management methodologies
