职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 协助业务部开发客户、维护客户；
2. 负责代理指定货客户的跟踪服务；
3. 协助 OP完成代理指定货的操作，处理客户投诉，及时回收欠费及应收款；
4. 按照ISO9001质量体系要求整理质量记录，以及相关的其他工作。
工作地点：青岛香港中路

任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，英语四级以上，良好的听说读写能力；
2、一年以上货代公司工作经验；
3、工作仔细认真，有责任心, 具有团队合作精神；
4、良好的沟通能力和亲和力，有强烈的服务意识；
5、能够熟练运用办公软件。
