Job Description
The primary purpose of this position is to support and grow the SME Treasury businesses:
-Deliver treasury revenue target through active marketing and sale of Treasury products to SME customers.
-Acquire new treasury customers and strengthen existing customer relationships.
-Ensure delivery of superior service standards to customers.
-Handle treasury customers¿ feedbacks/complaints and ensure efficient problem and complaint resolution.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business via direct selling to customers and referrals from different sales channels.
- Regularly comb through existing SME portfolio to increase FX penetration and generate x-selling opportunities.
-Actively promote Treasury products and acquire new business through sales calls, company visits and also initiate joint calls with the RMs.
-Build and expand existing customer relationships through pro-active customer contacts.
-Maintain good relationship with potential and existing valuable clientin order to expand clientele through referrals.
- Provide a high level of professionalism in conducting consultations and profiling with customers. Structure transaction of deals based on customer needs.
- Identify opportunities and prioritise activities to maximize revenue contribution from the mid-high potential customers.
- Maintain close working relationship with staff and management to assist in resolving SME Banking customer issues.
- Ensure professional, efficient and quality service to customers.
- Give regular feedback to management on product, processes based on customers feedbacks.
- Achieve the revenue target set for the team / individual.
- Provide FX product training to SME relationship managers and assist in marketing activities.
- Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with Bank's internal policies and local regulatory requirements. Exercise due care and diligence on matters related to Anti-Money Laundering policies/measures.
Qualifications & Skills
- University graduate with at least 2 to 4 years of treasury and dealing experience. Relevant experience with proven sales track record in selling hedging and investment products to SME customers would be an
added advantage.
- Good understanding of the macro environment and keeping in touch with the latest trends and development.
- Good knowledge of investment products and the FX market. Knowledge in derivative products would be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and driven by ambitious revenue targets.
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to converse in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Dynamic, resilient and a strong determination to succeed
