岗位名称：农场人事主管/Farm Personnel Supervisor
工作地点：安徽省滁州市

公司将提供南京至滁州每日工作班车


本公司为大型现代化农业工业，系农业工业产业链构成，包括养殖场及肉食品加工厂（宰杀厂）。本公司有良好的人文环境及管理态度，尊重个人、注重发展。

工作职责：

1.农场人事信息管理，员工劳动关系管理及规划，CMT海外培训需求统计及协调，组织架构变更及日常维护等；
2.对农场经理提供人事管理工作的支持；劳动纠纷处理及员工关系管理；
3.日常人员档案管理，劳动用工备案，退工等手续办理；
4.组织农场人事团队工作及考核 ；

5.与其他人事团队同事协作完成人事工作并分享日常人事工作经验，建立工作资源共享平台；

6.组织并参与工厂人事项目的执行及工厂人事经理安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：

本科以上学历，5年以上人事工作经验，2年以上管理团队经验，英语熟练。具有人力资源二级证书。
