This rapidly expanding US home appliance manufacturer is looking for a Quality Manager in Zhejiang Ningbo.

Key Responsibilities:

? actively engage for supplier selection and qualification
? bring up supplier quality maturity level to meet company quality expectation
? leverage internal resource to engage part qualification activity together with engineering and sourcing
? project early involvement to well-understand the project scope/technology and key/new process at supplier site, then drive for implementation
? train and coach quality inspector for quality related knowledge and process
? willingness and flexibility for business travel both domestically and abroad, when required

Key Requirements:

? bachelor degree of engineering
? more than ten years’ working experience
? demonstrated strong analytical problem solving capability, high level of engagement and self motivation
? strong sense of responsibility and high level deliverability
? have thorough knowledge of quality tools to drive supplier quality professionally
? proficient in verbal and written English
