Key Responsibilities:

?implement common business processes to production planning, including managing NA supply chain orders and forecast, develop planning schedule for production
?develop level production plan, working with supplier
?monitor and report production schedule compliance. Review production capacity in detail
?participate on cross-function project teams involved in new product launches in preparation for smooth product ramp including key sub-assemblies and tooling
?set and refine system parameter and data on BOM, transit times, safety stock levels and scheduling points
?monitor and control inventory levels to target levels; coordinate engineering changes; support localization efforts. Drive the initiatives of Inventory reduction


Key Requirements:

?bachelor degree or equivalent experience; three to five years experiences on production planning and control, MRP, pull system, Inventory management, master scheduling and logistics analysis
?supervisory and management experience and Experience in purchasing, sales, and production operations preferred
?excellent English; Other language is a plus; strong PC and systems skilled
?familiar with SAP system; Strong analytical and problem solver skills; APICS certification preferred
?strong Planning / organizing / analysis / couching skill; Strong interpersonal communication skills and leadership; Organized and disciplined
?monitor and control inventory levels to target levels; coordinate engineering changes; support localization efforts
