职位表述和要求：
Position Summary:
The leader operator participate in operation & conduct production management within shift to support the operation
at LASU Nanjing Plant.
The primary objective is the high safety, efficiency & supply reliability performance.
This position reports to the Plant Manager, will be responsible for the whole production activities in one
production shift.
The Leader operator will represent plant manager to manage all the plant related affair during plant manager off-
hour time.

Work Schedule:
Daily based in shift operation, fifteen days one month, 12 hours per day, and as leader, this position is always
“on call.”
This position will require extra hours and some weekend/holiday work based on actual needed.

Key Activities:
Maintain high standards of EHS performance in shift to meet internal and external requirements and make continuous
improvement in those fields.
Lead & participate in shift plant operation.
Maintain the production parameters in status (in time and precise) .
Keep good working environment in required housekeeping standard.
Report all abnormal production situations immediately and help on trouble shooting.
Support plant maintenance while needed.
Have a meeting to achieve smooth shift handover and minimize unplanned plant shut down.
Participate in work on efficiency and productivity improvement (CI ).
Other assigned by direct supervisor.

Principle Accountabilities:
EHS – Compliance with EH&S procedures and regulations 100%. Support guidance and training for EH&S in order not to
occur lost time injury and recordable injury. Safety work permit sign-off and management within shift.
Plant reliability – Support to maintain the plant reliability in order to meet sales demand through the maintenance
of equipment and the schedule of plant shout-down to avoid business interruption.
Production Reporting – Report shift production progress and status. Report near miss / incident occurred within
shift.
Trouble shooting –Conduct / take part in trouble shooting root cause analysis with related people when it needs.
Products Quality – Quick response to quality and process alerting. Active on upset handling to minimizes the impact
on quality (no shortage on quality) Active and initiative on finding potential quality problem, analysis problem and
get the solutions.
Productivity – actively involved in process / productivity improvement (CI Project).
ER – On shift Emergency Evacuation sponsor, Crisis coordinator within shift.
Customer relationship – help to build and maintain good relationship with all customer，Keeping good communication
with customer to insure closely cooperation.
Training support – Provide training to operators for process knowledge, procedures and EH&S regulation.
Shift production performance – optimum use of shift resources to achieve shift production performance in production
safety, quality and capacity in line with plant targets. Help plant manager on shift team personnel management.
Team work – Good cooperation and communication with other shifts to maintain a good production team work.
Procedures – Be responsible for implementation of production and safety procedures in shift.

Qualifications:
Have a good understanding of field EH&S and Process safety requirements and standards, be a good leader and strong
supporter in this area.
Have background knowledge of machinery, electrical or instruments.
Demonstrated ASU knowledge and Technical skills, at least 5+ years ASU operations experience,.
Good demonstrated interpersonal skills.
Good activity planner .
Good written and spoken English.
High technical school+ / Bachelor degree in chemical engineering /process.
