Marketing Executive 市场专员

工作职责：

1. 协助市场经理的日常工作，完成每个月的业绩指标

2. 推广团队的监管

3. 开拓新市场推广渠道，并维护现有渠道关系

4. 负责物料等的管理

5 .市场信息收集及分析

6. 配合建立招募机制，扩大团队候选人基数

任职要求：
1. 统招大学本科或以上学历
2. 1年以上市场营销工作经验

3. 良好的沟通能力与领导力，能够带领团队成员共同努力完成每月业绩指标
4. 注重细节，很强的活动执行能力

5. 能够承受工作压力
6. 良好的分析能力和很强的责任心
7. 良好的英语书面和口语技能

8. 熟练使用MS Office等办公软件

Responsibilities:
1. Support on daily work of Marketing Manager, and achieve monthly target
2. Manage promotion teams

3. Develop new market channels and maintain current channels

4. Responsible for marketing materials.

5. Customer information collection and analysis

6. Support to establish recruitment system to enlarge the candidate numbers

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 1+ years working experience in marketing function

3. Good communication and leadership skill, lead team to achieve monthly target
4. Detail-oriented for managing project from inception through execution
5. Pressure management ability

6. Good analytical skills and strong sense of responsibility

7. Good English skills in both written and spoken.

8. Familiar with MS Office software
