Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责:

1. Ensure GSKSZ has a comprehensive EHS system for compliance with all national, local, and GSK regulations & standards, to implement, monitor, and maintain a detailed EHS database to appropriately record and store compliance data.

2. Interact as required with key EHS stakeholders such as regulatory authorities, GSK corporate functions, contractors and suppliers to maintain effective and constructive relationship.

3. Develop and champion site and area EHS initiatives, targets and measures to promote continuous improvement in site EHS performance.

4. Understands and be familiar with at all times all relevant rules, regulations and standards applicable to the position both internally and externally; Communicate updated EHS laws and regulation, report important issues, and discuss EHS relevant problems.

5. Lead GSKSZ self-audit program. Coordinate CEHS site audit. Facilitate all actions arising out of self-audit and/or CEHS audit by providing resources and expertise.

6. Plan and organize EHS inspection and/or audit at GSKSZ Departments and ensure necessary following up actions to verify deficiency conditions are completed in schedule.

7. Organize monthly EHS council meeting.

8. Cooperate with training coordinator to implements, monitors and maintains a comprehensive training program to ensure all staff are fully educated and trained in all safety aspects of their duties. Ensures all said training/education is fully recorded and acknowledged by the recipients;

9. Organize and participate in accident and incident investigations in GSKSZ, communicate and coordinate GSK and local authorities for accident investigations.

10. Provide EHS assessment for GSKSZ new product / process and current process modifications.

11. Develop/maintain EHS risk management program

12. Be site Risk Management Champion to advocate the Risk Management culture, develop the site risk management capability, oversee site risk management system and governance.

13. Assesses all safety and personal protection equipment for suitability of purpose and compliance with standards.

14. Monitor and ensure performance of Occupational Hygiene and Environmental testing in compliance with applicable standards.

15. Design and implement loss prevention and business recovery programs to meet local and GSK requirements, support development of local emergency response plans, Liaise with community emergency response services

16. Lead tests of local emergency response plans and support BCP execution

17. Management for the factory OSS security team to take care the whole factory security

Specialized Knowledge 专业知识:

· Bachelor degree of Science or Engineering; Environmental Protection and Occupational Health & Safety related major is preferred.

· Minimum 10 years of EHS working experience and 3 years of leading the EHS function in a multinational pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

· Engineering SME or Management experience is preferred.

· Good presentation, communication, influencing, facilitation, teaching, coaching and change management skills required.

· ISO and OHSAS management experience preferred.

· Detailed knowledge of all national and local E.H&S legislations, standards, and procedures. Familiarization with multi-national standards

· Business level written / verbal skills in English.

· Strong leadership qualities and management skill.

· Strong self-learning skill

· Enthusiastic champion of EHS issues

· Good relationship builder.

· Ability to prepare and manage department budgets

· Understanding, experience, and comfort level with office/production computer software and hardware systems
