Job Responsibilities:

? Provide leadership and management of the Changshu facility as it relates to equipment manufacturing, rig-up and assembly operations.

? Provide leadership, direction and management of 4 to 7 direct reports (QC Inspectors), including work allocation, training, and problem resolutions.

? Develop & implement strategy to improve daily operations.

? Plan & execute manufacturing, assembly and testing activities in support of delivery schedules.

? Motivate Employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.

? Assure that personnel are trained and suitably qualified.

? Communicate clearly to customers and employees the COMPANY values through actions and words.

? Establish department goals, policies and procedures.

? Evaluate employee performance and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers and disciplinary action.

? Monitor and affect all expenditures to assure projects are accomplished on time and on budget.

Requirement

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

- BS or MS in business or technical field or appropriate experience

- Minimum 10 years experience in positions of increasing responsibility within the industrial manufacturing or projects industry.

- Minimum 5 years experience in supervisory or managerial role

- Knowledge of casting and metal cutting and corrosion are preferred
