This is an American multinational company with leading position in manufacturing pressure vessel products.

Key Responsibilities:

? be responsible to install an improvement culture in the whole factory (Promote, plan and control the improvement process)
? indentify potentials of improvement in Safety, Quality, Service, Cost reduction within the division framework
? make sure that the consolidated improvements are in line with the targets and propose corrective actions
? lead lean projects to deliver significant operational improvements and financial benefits
? work Place overall layout design
? support process optimization activities, such as OEE improvement
? recruit, train, coach, mentor and develop the team
? coordinate defining manufacturing process standards

Key Requirements:

? university degree (mechanical engineering, vehicle construction and/or industrial business administration)
? at least five years work experience in a production company
? expert on lean tools and six-sigma concepts, including but not limited to 5S, Visual Management, TPM, VSM, Pull system
? manage and lead lean projects
? superior level of communication skills in English and Chinese
? networking capacity insite an international organization
? excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
