Automation technology roadmap, work with R&D and plays key role to automation systems designing, installing and test running under the guide of company’s rules and procedures.

Participate in new line build, involve in preparing technical program or specification for new project and coordinate the project management.

Recommends on new or optimized automation solutions and perform project under cost control with the implementation of automation equipment.

Responsible for automation equipment improvement within the plant in order to optimize the production process and/or efficiency improvement.

Provide technical supports for the production running in automation, and supports on site maintenance, this includes, but not limited to machine trouble shooting, preventive maintenance management for automation systems, etc.

Be responsible for all the trainings to automation systems

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree or above

More than 5 years relevant experience, Project management experience is a plus. Preferable with hands-on deployment experience in automation in continuous production process fields

Be familiar with PLC monitoring & controlling system, PLC software, PLC installation& trial running and Vision & sensor systems etc.

Have solid knowledge of Inverter and Drive

Have solid knowledge and experiences/skills of hydraulic, pneumatic system etc

A hands-on technical person with big-picture views & good Project management and interpersonal skills.

Good command of CAD drawing and Microsoft office soft wares

Good command of spoken and written English
