工作职责：

1：完成每个项目的商业信息汇总。包括：租赁期限、销售数据等。

To provide each project finance information which includes: lease yrs, weekly sales, LFL ,etc.

2：每个项目的投资概算编制

To provide each project reimage CAPEX estimate.

3：协调各个部门对每个项目的需求： 营运部，资产管理部，施工单位，设计公司，设备资维保部等。

To communicate each function requirement of refurbishment: OPS , Asset department, contactors, designer, maintenance department, etc.

4：组织召开设计交底会议及审图工作

To organizes design briefing meeting and check design drawing.

5：组织召开施工进场会，确认施工进度表

To organizes Pre –start construction meeting and ensure construction timeline

6：施工进场：红线确认工作、设备清点和管理支配、中期验收

Refurbishment management : check border line / equipment list/ manage suppliers/ mid-stage check.

7：竣工验收： 工程质量、设备运作、营运点交

Handover : Quality check, equipment works, Ops handover

8：完成年度改造门店投资预估与时间节点计划表

To work out annual reimage stores plan, Capex, refurbishment pipeline.

岗位要求：

*Relative Engineering Bachelor required.

*Have relative food chain working experience for 5 years.

*Have the well English communication skill

*Having design experience.

*Having budget and final accounting experience.

*Have enough courage and is enough durable to under heavy work.

*Think ahead and systematically

*Understand all parts of the drawing (decoration, structure; HVAC. Water system. Fire system, and material)
