Credit Card Hiring (in preparation) – 信用卡招聘（业务筹备中）

Scope of Role:

· Handle daily credit card charge dispute process; manage VISA/MasterCard/CUP web site related daily business. The staff also need support other card operation process on need basis.

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

· Co-work with call center to handle daily charge dispute request.

· Review charge back related document, make case decision based on document and transaction details.

· Handle all charge back process, handle daily charge back operation.

· Contact with card holder in need basis.

· Monitor dispute transaction and provide report.

· Ensure designed operations flow is in compliance with internal guidelines, group standards and local regulations.

· Assist in formulation and implementation of the Bank's strategy for Consumer Banking in the operations centre

· Contribute to the formulation of a standard model for Consumer Banking Operations

· Assist to ensure adequate controls are in place at all times to minimize operational loss to the Bank

· Ensure effective communications with Management and other units.

Qualifications & Skills

· A university graduate with bachelor or above.

· 3 years working experience at least 2 years of VISA MasterCard CUP chargeback working experience

· Familiar with VISA MasterCard Regulation mainly focus on BASEII (VIP).

· Familiar with VISA MasterCard charge back reason code and its scope

· Good interpersonal and communication skill in Chinese and English

· Proficient in English Writing

· Meticulous and hardworking, logic thinking

· Adequate understanding of consumer banking products and processes, especially for credit card (CUP, VISA, MasterCard).

· Self motivated and independent.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
