Key Accountabilities:

• Collect raw data and anecdotal market information to maintain and update the in-house office and retail database on a regular basis;
• ？Help build up residential database, maintaining and updating it on a regular basis;
• ？Consolidate and compile Nanjing research findings and produce related research publications;
• ？Assist the local General Manager in data assembly, preparation of presentation materials and other ad hoc assignments for internal and/or external clients;
• ？Coordinate with other Research team members in Shanghai and colleagues in other department(s) in Nanjing on research-related business and activities;
• ？Contribute to the regional and local research publications by creating report write-ups on Nanjing’s macroeconomics, office, retail and residential property market analysis;
• ？Answer all requests from the Head of Research, China in a timely and professional manner all the time.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• MSc or MA in real estate, finance, economics, statistics or business related discipline from a reputable university (BSc or BA with related work experience also considered);
• ？Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin;
• ？Independent, honest, good communications, quick learner and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines;
• ？A good sense of market dynamics, logical thinking, professional, numerical, business driven and detail oriented with strong analytical and report writing skills;
• Strong knowledge of PC applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint;
