Function/Department: Business Development and Investment Dept

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
(The main reason for the position, in what context and what is the overall end result)

?Responsible for carrying out financial modelling for acquisitions and development projects
?Supervise analyst in underwriting investments.
?Responsible for proposal and completion of real estate acquisitions (due diligence, investment proposals and documentation)
?work with Finance Team on debt and equity raising exercises
?Assist in analysing performance at property level as well as at portfolio level using financial models
?Any other duties that the CIO or AVP may assign


RESPONSIBILITIES
(Major responsibilities and target accomplishments expected of the position including the typical problems encountered in carrying out the responsibilities)

1.Responsible
Main Activities:
？FS Underwriting and Financial Models
？Investment proposals
？Investment processes (due diligence and legal documentation)

2.Report
Main Activities:
？Documentation management
？Due diligence
？Collation of regular reports
？Attend Investment Committee meetings, present and follow up after the meeting

3.Communication
Main Activities:
？Coordinate meetings (both internal and external)
？Presentation to Investment Committtees

4.Relation
Main Activities:
？Managing/Tracking relations with Consultants and vendors
？Assisting in coordinating activities involving acquisition

5.Other duties
Main Activities:
？Assist with deal sourcing activities


KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education

?Candidates should have Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Investment or relevant discipline, preferably with MBA/CFA

Job related experience
?Minimum 5 years of relevant real estate investment experience

Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
？Knowledge of Finance and Real Estate
？Working knowledge of computers and PC software

Skills
The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:
？Organizes and with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
？Analytical, resourceful, able to handle mass data and handy with Microsoft office tools
？Ability to work comfortably with and assist a wide range of individuals in variety of situations and be an effective team-player
？Excellent written and oral skills both in English and Mandarin
？Good communication skills
