职位描述
美资汽车零部件售后市场(OES、AM)部门,需有相关渠道销售管理经验
Location: 北京/郑州/广州 各一名
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales target in the dedicated region
Recruit distributors in target cities according to IAM customer development plan and criteria for target customers
Help TRW distributors to sell through parts, recommend new product line to distributors
Guide and train Distributors to approach workshops and achieve workshop target
Regularly monitor Distributors performance, back order, inventory and forecast
Establish, develop and maintain good relationship with all levels of customer including Distributors and workshops
Cooperate with Product Marketing by providing competitors’ price, samples and activities if necessary
Hand in weekly report to RSM
Requirements:
College degree, sales and marketing preferred
At least 8 years in sales position, Automobile related industry is preferred
Have the ability/experience to develop distributors in target cities, be good at customer management
Results oriented, can work under pressure
Ambitious and aggressive, but a good team player
English reading and business travel is a must
