职位描述
Report to: GM(German) Base in China
Subordinates: 8
Job Purpose:
Support business and its growth by planning, directing, monitoring and controlling the financial resources of the company.
Set up and maintain efficient and cost-effective operations of Finance, Admin, HR, Logistics and Purchase functions.
Responsibilities:
Work with General Manager, Head of Sales, Head of Technical to lead the develop of the company in the predefined direction
Provide Professional Advice to General Manager on new business plan and strategy
Supervise the daily operation of Finance, Admin, HR, Purchase and Logistic functions in the company by leading a team of 8~10 persons
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Reports, including Budget, Mid term plan, Forecast, based on group requirements. And answer any enquiries from HQ
Monitor and interpret cash flows and forecast future cash demand; minimize bank balances, suggest corrective action where necessary.
Review the costs of company products and suggest appropriate selling prices to General Manager
Review working capital of the company and control the working capital at minimum levels
Review performance of service vendors and agents and make sure the company can get the best services at lowest costs
Liaise with auditors, lawyers, bankers, landlords
Job requirements:
Bachelors degree or above in Accounting or Business Administration;
At least 10 years working experience and Finance and Accounting and of which 5 years are at management level;
Experience of Kingdee or similar accounting system
Analytical minded, can work under pressure and meet reporting deadline
Good team spirit and able of look at issues from different prospective
Excellent Mandarin and English, speak in German will be an additional advantage;
Experienced in automotive and import business will be an advantage
