Key Responsibilities
Daily asset management / operation duties of Logistic, Industry & RID office properties.
Review assumptions of investment deals and responsible for AM duties during the acquisition period.
Set up AM team for individual projects to ensure project continuity after completion.
Review and enforce AM SOP and DOA for all projects.
Responsible for budgeting, reporting and return analysis after project handover.


Skill Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration.
At least 10 years’ working experience in real estate investment and asset management.(Logistic, Industry)
Good communication skills.


Person Requirements

Mature and able to work under pressure.
