职位描述
一、工作内容：
人事方面：
1、负责员工入、离职、转正等手续的办理；
2、负责员工社保关系转移、对接；
3、负责员工档案管理；
4、员工关系维护：定期组织活动，定期访谈；
5、协助招聘管理：职位发布、简历筛选、面试邀约、面试安排等；
6、考勤统计。
其他：
1、负责办公用品采购、资产管理、办公环境维护；
2、各类报销单据的整理、登记并递交财务。
二、要求：
1、本科以上学历；
2、两年以上人力资源相关工作经验；
3、性格外向，善于交流，反应灵活。
