职位描述
Part 1. Describe the Position
Summary:
(1) Job Purpose: One-sentence description of the overall purpose/mission of the job; the rationale of why the job exists and how it contributes to the company.

A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.
1. Manufacturing cost calculation & analysis;
2. Support month-end and year-end accounting procedure;
3. Assists in the development and maintenance of financial reporting system to insure integrity of finances based on sound accounting procedures and controls;
4. Keeps the superintendent of business operations informed of issues and activities related to accounting systems.
5. Variance consolidation of budget and actual;
6. Financial support on new model project launch;
7. Make business plan and forecast;
8. Track material cost and analysis;
9. Inventory management and analysis (Lead stock taking process, including cycle count together with Material and Production department;
10. Provide financial data to support other Dept.;
11. Monthly Balance Reconciliation;
12. Focus on Continuous improvement (Improvement of the STD costing valuation procedure & Improvement of TP pricing procedure & Improvement of margin analysis procedure & Identifies opportunities and leads costing management improvement projects based on products localization/operation streamlines background etc.)
13. Support external and internal audit;
14. Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Part 2. Describe the Person
A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
(1) Key technical skills and knowledge.
(2) Performance Measures/ KPIs
1. Major in Accounting, Finance is preferred;
2. 5+ years cost accounting experience in manufacturing;
3. Minimum 3 years experience in forecasting and planning;
4. Application knowledge of ERP system (BPCS is preferred);
5. Quick learner, diligent and responsible;
6. Able to work individually and a team work;
7. Skilled of Microsoft applications (i.e.: Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
8. Holistic view and judgment;
9. Good communication skills
10. Motivation and passion
B) Describe the most important Leadership competencies required of the individual. (5-8 competencies from VBLD, TOP 3 are mandatory competencies)
