Description
SDM shall take ownership of the customer relationship responsible for ensuring the correct and proper delivery of Customer Support services as specified in the contracted support agreements with Ericsson's customers.
The SDM must be an Ericsson employee and is responsible for the financial & commercial performance of delivered customer support services. The SDM will ensure that agreed margins are achieved whilst delivering Service Level Agreement (SLA) fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
SDM will task manage the Customer Network Support (CNS) Engineers team and work closely with the Competence Centre's, Global Support and Product Line Maintenance in this function.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Adequate degree in business and telecommunications.
- At least 5 years of experience from Support Services, Network Operations, Consulting, Project Management or similar role within the Telecom or similar industry.
- Fluency in English, oral & written.
Personal Traits
- Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills.
- Very good financial and business skills in the governance of the SLA contracts.
- Very strong personal interaction and people management skills.
- Advanced skills in managing SLAs, understanding portfolio and relationship to service delivery and being able to handle situations when customer demands services outside scope of contract.
- Good leadership & communication capabilities.
- Very good knowledge and understanding of applicable parts of Ericsson´s services product portfolio, delivery processes and its strategy.
- Very good ability to adapt to change.
