Our Client is a world leader of electronics product manufacturer.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-sale Technical Support:
1. Collect client requirements, prepare, review and present proposals to clients;
2. Design and demonstrate prototypes to clients;
3. Provide technical support to sales and clients including of technical documentation preparation in order to increase sales win opportunities.
Project Management:
1. Participate in client projects and provide technical support;
2. Monitor project progress and solve technical key issues in order to ensure project delivery quality.
After-sale Technical Support:
1. Test delivered products, conduct client trainings, solve technical issues in order to improve client satisfactory.
Marketing Technical Support:
1. Prepare or translate technical documentation to support marketing activities; and deliver presentation on marketing events in order to promote the company brand and image.
Training:
1. Prepare or translate technical training materials and conduct technical trainings in order to promote company products and brand.
Local Industry Standard Establishment:
1. Participate in local industry institution seminar, provide technical suggestions on local industry standard establishment and compose related documentation in order to promote company brand and image.
1.Bachelor in Engineering
2.Structured Cabling Subject Matter Expert, with at least 5 years of experience working, focus on the data center knowledge (technical support, networking skills, cabling field test, computer software etc.)
3.Integrity, time management, interpersonal skill, working under pressure, multi-tasks handle capability, independence
4.Fluent read and written English

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Provide technical support and trainings on sales and marketing activities, client's projects implementation and problem solving with the objective of increasing sales wins and client satisfaction, as well as promoting company brand and image within sales and marketing strategy and manager's supervision. The ideal candidate shall have strong technical background to support and improve our data center business and strategic product sales and will be expected to prepare and deliver presentations at public promotional events.
