Job Duties:

- To plan, design and review HBCN’s benefits policies and programmes to support the fast changing business environment/strategies.

- To develop and coordinate benefits surveys and other benefits projects.

- To maintain network with external vendors, engaging in service provider selection and negotiation.

- To manage and review benefits related policies/regulations across provinces and cities where the Bank operates to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

- To ensure that HBCN’s benefits programmes are properly communicated and understood by employees across China.

- To liaise with ASP Reward team to ensure sharing of best practice and seamless implementation of benefits initiatives.

- To assist to provide consultancy for line/HR regarding organization design, JD writing, indicative job grades etc, and arrange formal job evaluation for all HBCN positions,

- To maintain an effective job evaluation system and fair relativity of job grades across HBCN.

- To develop local HR team on benefits and job evaluation knowledge.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree (recognized by the state) with 10 to 12 years HR experience, preferably with 6 to 8 years in Reward.

- Good command of written and oral English

- Sound communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical skills

- Able to work under pressure
