Responsibilities:

• Answer telephones, look after visitors, assist Admin Specialist on smoothly running of the office, order stationary or office devices and prepare reimbursement applications etc.;
• Sort, screen, review, and distribute incoming and outgoing mails and posts;
• Schedule and coordinate booking for hotels, flights, meetings, events, appointments, and/or other similar activities for each function department if required;
• Help for office data and documentation creation and input;
• Maintain public facilities and office equipments according to instructions of Admin Specialist;
• Prepare invitation letters, name cards or other office papers;
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned;

Requirements:

• College degree or above, majored in English or Business Administration or similar;
• 2-3 years’ work experience preferred, WFOE-experience will be a plus;
• Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills;
• Responsible, earnest, proactive and detail-oriented;
• Good command of written and oral English;
• Solid computer skills in MS Windows, MS Office etc.
