Responsibilities:

1. Develop and write detailed business and functional requirements documents, user stories, workflow diagrams for integration of 3rd party software as needed. Analysing business processes in project specific operational areas of the organization.

2. Ensure that configuration and development team has a complete understanding of the requirements and adequately addresses them in the development process.

3. Build strong partnership with business from each APAC country and act as the primary point of contact for all CRM related business process and functionality

4. Build strong partnerships with global development center to fast track the resolution of the service issues

5. Coordinate meetings between integrated IT staff as needed to keep all parties informed and coordinated

6. Manage implementation of projects and liase with vendors and users.

7. Assist in the configuration and maintenance of testing and training environments to facilitate success development and QA testing of new on demand features and functionality. Assist QA in development user-acceptance test plans and sign-off document and procedures

8. Manage the complexity resulting from interdependencies between applications, platforms, services, and environments. Minimize the risk and impact of resource and environment collisions caused by competing priorities and schedules.



Requirements:



1. University degree on computer science or technology

2. 5-10 years' experience in CRM support with proven ability to support customers with diverse requirements

3. Highly organized, self-starter with strong ability to prioritize

4. Demonstrated technical aptitude for, and experience supporting, client-server and/or web-based applications

5. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills - team working, providing customer service and empathy with business users is essential

6. Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks across various user groups

7. Ability to manage conflicting/competing requirements and be able to define and implement a common standard process

8. Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into application functionality

9. Excellent written and verbal communication in English
