职位描述
Responsibilities:
l Perform all tasks related to the day-to-day operations of several large implementations of salesforce.com including managing users, creating and maintaining custom objects and fields, handling bulk data migration, maintenance of page layouts, and installation and support of app exchange applications
l Build strong partnership with data administrators from each APAC country and act as the primary point of contact for all CRM related business process and functionality
l Build strong partnerships with global development center to fast track the resolution of the service issues, monitor the SLA and OLA
l Manage a fast-paced queue of support requests, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution
l Assist in the configuration and maintenance of testing and training environments to facilitate success development and QA testing of new on demand features and functionality
l Assist in Release Management tasks required to promote tested functionality from development and pre-live environments into a production environment
l Manage the complexity resulting from interdependencies between applications, platforms, services, and environments. Minimize the risk and impact of resource and environment collisions caused by competing priorities and schedules.
Requirements:
l University degree on computer science or technology
l 2-5 years' experience in CRM support with proven ability to support customers with diverse requirements
l 2 years' experience in a large organization supporting a global or regional user base
l Demonstrated technical aptitude for, and experience supporting, client-server and/or web-based applications
l Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills - team working, providing customer service and empathy with business users is essential
l Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks across various user groups
l Ability to manage conflicting/competing requirements and be able to define and implement a common standard process
l Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into application functionality
l Excellent written and verbal communication in English
