Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标（岗位简介）
To initiate and implement projects. To keep good relationship with KOLs. To sponsor national academy congress. To integrate and coordinate other departments. To involve in the strategy discussion.

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任
Project management and coordination, incl. KOL& sales &vender communication/program executive/project report. Work closer with local sales and marketing team, coordinate the project implementation at local level. Sponsor national academy congress. Integrate and coordinate other department.

KOL project related relationship maintenance and gain their support.

Involve in the strategy discussion and big project cooperation.

Qualification and Experience 能力与经验
Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书
Bachelor above
Prefer strong medical background
Pharmaceutical company sales and marketing department experience.
Leadership Competencies领导者胜任力

Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力
Excellent skill in microsoft office
Good in English writing and speaking;
Minimum of 3-5 years experience within pharmaceutical
Good communication skills;
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure within strict deadlines
Team work spirit

? 25% - 50%
