Responsibilities:

Organize and manage the production in HP plant

组织并管理HP车间地生产

By assisting his or her superior to consider capacity of facility and equipment, labor force and production cost, make weekly plan for HP manufacturing to meet requirement of sales.

协助主管对设备产能，劳动力及生产成本进行评估，制定周计划，确保销售需求。

Participate / organize execution of process/cleaning validation

参与并组织工艺/清洁验证的执行步骤

By optimizing the process through some parameter perfecting, mechanical adjustment of machine and etc, to achieve material localization, increase the quality and have been better output.

Execute the process validation to guarantee the quality stability of the changed process.

通过调整运行参数及设备参数进而优化工艺流程，以获得物料本地化，提高产品质量。执行工艺验证以确保变更工艺后可获得质量稳定的产品。

GMP and safety ,responsibility in the HP plant

HP车间GMP及安全职责

Through assisting his or her superior, lead HP plant to implement cGMP in order to guarantee the quality of products and performance according to international standards. By reinforcing and monitoring obedience to national and company’s regulation or policy, take care of safe operation protection in daily work.

协助主管对HP车间贯彻cGMP，以确保按照国际标准生产出高质量的产品。通过加强国家及公司内部制度和政策的实施，确保日程工作中的安全操作。

Support his or her ,superior to build a ,professional team

协助主管建立职业化的团队

By cooperating with his or her superior, develop and train his or

her subordinate to enhance GMP awareness, professional skill and capability.

协助主管对下属进行培训以提高GMP意识，职业技能和SOP。

Participate projects in the production.

参与生产部相关项目。

Participate projects, execute the projects, implement the projects

参与生产部的项目，执行项目，运用项目结果。

Qualification:

Bachelor or above

本科及以上

Pharmaceutical technology or relevant fields

药学或相关专业

Licensed pharmacist

执业药师

3 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical industry

3年制药企业工作经验

2 years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing

2年制药生产经验

Strong ability in organization and coordination

较强组织协调能力

Strong sense of GMP

较强GMP意识

Good team management skill

良好的团队管理能力

Professional knowledge of pharmaceuticals

Language skills – English & Chinese

语言能力－英文&中文
