The Position

• Ensure compliance of the requisition to payment process with the company Procurement Policy, Directive, Guidelines and local Procurement SOP’s
• Master Data in SAP/ RSM as it relates to procurement
• Create the purchase order as per approved PR (purchasing requisition) against related contract/ agreement, get necessary approvals according to the Delegation of Authority
• Manage order tracking, ensure delivery according to the purchase order/ Contract and communicate any changes in the order status to the relevant stakeholders (supplier, requisitioner,
• procurement manager) in order for an un-interrupted/ efficient flow of material.
• Support materials & service receipt process
• Support invoice reconciliations
• Escalate critical issues to the relevant stakeholders and superiors
• Periodically audit and evaluate the current suppliers to improve their performance (quality, OTIF delivery, cost and service)

• Bachelor degree or similar education
• CET 4
• Skill of negotiation and supplier development management
• Good command of English and familiar with PC and the related procurement system
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
